If you have a problem with your notebook and a telephone diagnosis indicates its hardware related, Toshiba will contact the authorized service provider who will help you get up and running again. A technical courier will be dispatched the next business day with a loan notebook and swap over the hard drives so you can keep working while your laptop is being repaired. If the hard drive is found to be faulty, Toshiba will fit a new one.
